Welcome to tinkerDad(). By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website. Plain and simple.

2. Intellectual Property

This is a workshop. A lot of time, effort, and testing goes into the projects, code, and writing you find here. The original content on tinkerDad() is strictly protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Written Content: All blog posts, articles, project write-ups, tutorials, and documentation are original works protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, republished, scraped, copied, or distributed without explicit written permission. You are welcome to pull brief quotations for reference purposes, provided you include clear attribution and a direct hyperlink back to the original source on tinkerDad() under fair use principles. Paraphrasing substantial portions of this site and republishing it elsewhere without attribution is prohibited.

Project Designs & Builds: The original project concepts, build sequences, design approaches, and creative combinations of technology found here are the intellectual property of tinkerDad(). 3D design files, CAD files, schematics, and blueprints shared on the site are licensed strictly for personal, non-commercial use only unless explicitly stated otherwise on the project page. Commercial reproduction, resale, or mass manufacturing of tinkerDad() project designs without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Code & Technical Documentation: Original code published on tinkerDad() is freely available for personal and educational use. If you use it, please leave the attribution intact. Commercial use of tinkerDad() code requires explicit written permission. Removing, altering, or obscuring attribution headers from the code before redistributing it is prohibited.

AI-Assisted Content: Some of the content and code on tinkerDad() is created in collaboration with wingMan(), my AI co-pilot. This experimental collaboration is always disclosed transparently. However, the creative direction, editorial judgment, and final decisions on all published content rest entirely with tinkerDad(). AI-assisted content published here is still considered protected intellectual property and is subject to all restrictions outlined in these terms.

Enforcement: tinkerDad() actively monitors the web for content theft and unauthorized reproduction. Violations will be addressed under applicable copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). I reserve the right to issue DMCA takedown notices to hosts for unauthorized use of my content. Repeat or egregious violations may be pursued legally.
